Recordings will be shared with the wider Don't Be The Why Bird group for viewing on playback. If you would prefer a recording not to be shared with the wider group, please email Lisa Kerr (lisa@coachingwithkerr.com) For sessions with Observers present, feedback will be given by the Observers to the Coach and will follow the ICF Competency Framework. This feedback is for the Coach's personal learning only and will not be included in the shared recordings. Recordings will also be available for download by the Coach for the purpose of sharing with the Mentor Coaches as part of the iACT credentialling process.
